Overview:

We are committed to helping qualified individuals and young families gain access to hands-on trade training that leads to real opportunity. Our intake and application process is designed to ensure that each participant is prepared, supported, and positioned for success in our epoxy flooring and paint masking training program.

Who Should Apply

We encourage individuals who are:

  • 18-35 years

  • Ready to learn a hands-on trade

  • Seeking stable employment or income opportunities

  • Willing to show up, work hard, and grow

  • Open to mentorship and guidance

Steps to start the process

Step 1: Submit and Interest Form - Start your journey by completing a short interest form.

Step 2: Initial Screening Call - After your form is reviewed, selected applicants will be invited to a 15–20-minute phone call

Step 3: Full Application - Applicants who move forward will be invited to complete a more detailed application.

Step 4: Readiness Assessment & Expectations - Qualified applicants will be in this session. (virtual or in-person).

Step 5: Acceptance and Enrollment Notification & Expectations

Step 6: Begin Training - Participants will begin a structured, hands-on training program

Step 7: Receive a Certificate of Completion

Step 8: Ongoing Support & Pathways - After training participants will receive referrals to employers or trade partners
